Industrial Horizontal Ribbon Blender with High Mixing Uniformity Efficiency and Stainless Steel Construction

This model is composed of a container, helical‑ribbon stirring blades and transmission components.

The helical‑ribbon blades are usually double‑layer or triple‑layer structures.

The outer‑layer ribbon gathers materials from both sides toward the middle, while the inner‑layer ribbon pushes materials from the middle toward two‑way sides to realize convective mixing.

The tank volume can be designed with a circular jacket for reaction and drying‑related applications.
